Turret Lane, Sunbury – EGYPT

Turret Works is a development designed to give a high-technology business park appearance. Metallic silver cladding panels and a contrasting facing brick were used together with substantial areas of soft landscaping. Coloured glass rain canopies were added to the entrances to provide added interest and to lead visitors into the buildings. A total of 31,500 sq. ft of high-quality office and warehouse space was provided for use by an electrical wholesaler and a motor racing car builder. Access to the warehousing areas of the buildings has been placed at the rear of the site, freeing up the front facades from large-scale cargo bay doors and allowing for a softer appearance to these large buildings.
