The City Compound – EGYPT

The City compound, located in the new capital, is built over a total land area of 227,124 m2. Residential units occupy 21.5% from project’s total built up area and are classified into: 78 apartment buildings and 8 villas. The project also provides essential services such as a medical complex, commercial center, sports club and food court. The maximum height of apartment buildings is 7 stories in addition to 2 storey basements.
