Mechanical

The Mechanical department is specialized in the designing and supervision of HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Irrigation, Swimming pools systems, elevators mechanical work, and Infrastructure according to the international, local and safety standards and codes. RDJW mechanical portfolio covering, Hospitals, Residential, Educational, Commercials, shopping malls and Banks in many countries such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. The main concern in all systems design is to choose the proper system according to the application, that achieves high operating efficiency and low cost, while completely integrated with other disciplines. HVAC systems: -Central systems as Chilled water system and VRF system -Traditional system “DX-split systems” -The ventilation system whether for normal mode ventilation (toilets, kitchen, stores, parking…etc.) or for emergency (fire mode) ventilation (smoke management systems, staircase pressurization…. etc.)

The HVAC system is the major power consumer than other systems, so many solutions considered to maintain reliability and sustainability as using proper construction materials, heat recovery system, equipment with high part load control and using building management system BMS to measuring and monitoring building performance and interaction with other building systems Sustainable and Energy efficient plumbing design system: -Grey water recycling: – The term “grey water” refers to gently used water. This is the byproduct of washing up in your sinks, showers, ubs, and laundry machines. Grey water is comparatively lower level of contamination means that under the right conditions it can safely and cheaply recycled for irrigation, flushing and other purposes. -Create treatment system for reusing storm water in irrigation system. -Using renewable energy as solar or gas heaters instead of a split electrical heating system to save energy. -Using water efficient fixtures: – Another great way to create a more sustainable plumbing system is to install fixtures that use less water.
