The Mechanical department is specialized in the designing and supervision of HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Irrigation, Swimming pools systems, elevators mechanical work, and Infrastructure according to the international, local and safety standards and codes. The main concern in all systems design is to choose the proper system according to the application, that achieves high operating efficiency and low cost, while completely integrated with other disciplines. HVAC systems: -Central systems as Chilled water system and VRF system -Traditional system “DX-split systems” -The ventilation system whether for normal mode ventilation (toilets, kitchen, stores, parking…etc.) or for emergency (fire mode) ventilation (smoke management systems, staircase pressurization…. etc.)
