Kiln Court is a development of 58 live/ work units and 52 townhouses located on adjoining sites beyond the green belt, on the southern entry to Saffron Walden in Essex. The overall site extends to an approximate area of 2760 square meters. The contrasting storey heights within the townhouses allowed for a variation in the internal layouts of the units in which some have living areas on the ground floor whilst others are based on the first floor.
